You do not seem to question the language of the apostle John, how and why he wrote in a certain manner and used certain words.
In the Garden of Eden God promised a solution for the wrong decision of man. That word spoken is “the Word” which by the birth of Jesus became in the flesh. It was not God coming in the flesh, but that what God had said that became in the flesh.
